How often should I check my orders?

Your orders are secured in our system and we recommend you check in frequently to see our new products!

What if my computer/phone/device isn’t working properly for purchasing?

Please don’t hesitate to call us at 1-888-250-4307 or email us at info@rakiacbd.com if you are having trouble with an order. If we cannot walk you through your purchase properly, then we can place your order over the phone.

When are the products shipped after my purchase?

If you purchase through our regular ecommerce checkout, allow 2-5 days for shipping (Hawaii, allow 5-7 days). If you purchase through our monthly subscription system, allow 2-5 days from purchase date. For the remaining months, you will be charged on the 1st of every month thereafter and it will also take 2-5 days for shipping (Hawaii, allow 5-7 days).

What happens if I want to cancel my monthly subscription

If you order before the 15th, you can cancel before the 15th of every month. If you order after the 15th, you will have to wait till the next cycle to cancel (the 1st - 15th only). There are no fees incurred when cancelling a monthly subscription.

Is it legal?

Yes, CBD oil which derives from the hemp plant is 100% legal in all 50 states. Hemp has always been legal. It should not be confused with Cannabis, the sister plant that is similar, but not the same.
